The Berry Legal Experience

Hollymaree Cobby and David Modolo met as lawyers working together at the same law firm. The husband-and-wife duo recognised the need for local, friendly, and low-cost legal representation which bucks the trend of stuffy, expensive law firms.

In recent years it has become much easier to carry on business online or from home, and so Holly and David have been able to save on overheads and pass on these savings to clients, while spending more time with their family.

Both Holly and David have experience across various areas of legal practice. By working together they share their knowledge, which ensures their clients get clear, sound legal advice.

Working out of their home in Maida Vale, Holly and David have a love of the bush and Perth's hills, where they live with their daughter, Allegra and their little dog, Henry.
